  • Ashley Bustamante - Our Organizing Pro

    Ashley is a dedicated young leader in her early 20s with a strong foundation in operations and people management. She brings proven leadership skills from overseeing and supporting a team of 30+ front-of-store associates, managing daily cash flow, training new hires, and maintaining high standards in customer experience and visual presentation. Ashley is known for creating welcoming environments where teams feel heard, valued, and supported.

    At PUSH, Ashley serves as the Student Applications & Administrative Coordinator, playing a vital role in the program’s day-to-day operations. She oversees all student applications, manages participant records, supports onboarding, and works closely with the Founder on core administrative functions including scheduling, workshop coordination, and internal organization. Her attention to detail and commitment to structure help ensure PUSH runs smoothly and effectively.

    Through PUSH, Ashley discovered that she is multi-talented and capable of aspiring beyond what she once imagined. She dreams of becoming a certified baker and one day opening her own bakery.

  • William Lee - Our Tech Wizard

    William is the backbone of PUSH’s digital presence, keeping the website running smoothly and serving as the go-to person for anything tech-related. He brings strong skills in organization, problem-solving, and systems management, ensuring that updates, announcements, and resources are accurate, current, and accessible. His behind-the-scenes work helps PUSH operate efficiently and stay connected with its community.

    Born and raised in Los Angeles to Korean immigrant parents, William grew up closely surrounded by his grandparents, who instilled in him the importance of family and care. He graduated with a degree in Computer Science in 2022 and dreams of becoming a game developer for Riot Games, blending his technical expertise with creativity and storytelling.

    Fun fact: Ask William about comfort food and he’ll tell you nothing beats Korean oxtail soup, it’s his grandma’s flavor in a bowl. When he’s not coding or helping behind the scenes, you’ll likely find him gaming, currently obsessed with PEAK
